Latest Australian Car Auction Report – Next 7 days (09 February, 2026)

The Australian auto auction market is diverse. With over 100 auction houses spread across various states in Australia, grasping current changes and the status of the overall market seems impossible. We at Wholesale Console bring you a weekly report of the Australian auction market at a glance.

This week presents us with surprising stats about Queensland. Also, auction events across Australia are increasing significantly. You might get more opportunities to bag that car this week, so stay updated with our Wholesale Console. Data collected as of 09 February 2026, approximately 7 PM.

1. Auction Volume by State (Regional distribution)

With thousands of vehicles scheduled to go under the hammer over the next seven days, this update provides dealers, buyers, and industry professionals with a clear snapshot of current supply levels, demand patterns, and notable high-value listings available across the country.

Insight:

NSW and Queensland, along with Victoria, clearly dominate national auction volume, positioning them as primary sourcing markets. This week also, we observed Queensland outperform Victoria in auction stocks.
